  • Available for the first purchase of a specific product per customer/email.

3Basic Eligibility

Your request is typically eligible if:

  • It's submitted within 1 day, and
  • You have not consumed a substantial portion of the content (e.g., under ~50% of modules), OR you experienced access/technical issues we could not resolve.

We may ask for your order number, login email, and screenshots (if any) to verify the issue.

4How to Request a Refund

  2. INCLUDE full name, order number, purchase date, and a short reason.
  3. WE'LL RESPOND within 1–2 business days with next steps.

5Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank/processor dependent).
  • Product access will be revoked after a refund is completed.

6Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice or purchased by mistake, contact us immediately. We'll verify and reverse any unauthorized duplicate charge.

7Exchanges

We don't offer product exchanges for digital items. You may request a refund within the window and place a new order if desired.

8Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and suspend access to your account.
