Participants agree to:

Not record or share any live TikTok sessions, coaching, or classes.
Not provide login access to third parties.
Follow all Follow Arah SOPs and the rules set within the FA LEGACY group.

Group coaching & community support
Learning recordings
FA Apprentice recordings
Practical TA Entry training
Self-study practice using past video archives

All services are subject to the company's schedule and policies.

6Disclaimer

Follow Arah is an educational technical analysis program.

Triple H Expert Empire does not guarantee:

Daily or weekly profits
Specific win rates
Fixed financial returns
Individual trading success

9Termination of Access

Triple H Expert Empire reserves the right to terminate a participant's access without refund if the participant:

Shares copyrighted materials
Provides access to external parties
Engages in provocation, spam, or disruption within classes or groups
Attempts system intrusion
Violates FA LEGACY group rules
Spreads defamation or false statements affecting the program
Misuses the techniques for commercial purposes without licensing

Termination is immediate and non-refundable.

10Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

11Amendments

Triple H Expert Empire may update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
